Exclusive Promotional Offer
Low Tide Minas Basin, Nova Scotia, 2004Click here to view the entire Open Edition Gallery.
This provides you with an excellent opportunity of owning a unique piece of my artwork. The majority of the pictures were created during a photo shoot to Newfoundland and Nova Scotia in 2004. My artistic vision in creating this artwork is the same as my limited edition photographs. The only difference, the edition size is not limited. As well, I individually hand print each image using traditional black & white chemistry. As there will be subtle difference between each print, you essentially have an original.
This exclusive promotional offer will allow you to purchase an ‘Open Edition’ matted print at 50% off plus taxes. As a special bonus to my friends, shipping is free. This offer is available to February 28, 2011 or until the existing stock has been sold. Order early, as some images have limited number of prints available. Also, some images are not available in all sizes, particularly the 16” x 20” print size.
When completing the Purchase and Order Information, enter the requested print size in the "Comments Field" and the code ‘SHIPPING2011’ to obtain free shipping.
If you have family or friends that would be interested in this offer, please click [FORWARD] to forward the e-newsletter.

Contact 2011 Theme - Figure and Ground
The writings of Marshall McLuhan provided a critical focus for CONTACT 2010. For 2011, the centenary of his birth, McLuhan's theories continue to be a catalyst for our discourse on photography. To examine a rapidly changing society, he looked beyond what we immediately see - the figure - towards what typically goes unnoticed - the ground. McLuhan used the analogy of the car as the figure, and for the ground he described the environment incidental to its existence.
My exhibition is based on Contact's Theme and is called 'Minus Color'.
With the introduction of the 'High Definition' medium, our world is so focused on vibrant and brilliant colors. This is particularly the case when we view flowers; our emotions are moved by the color.
The exhibition of black & white floral images opens our eyes to beyond what we normally see in the flower, 'the color', to the beauty/interest of their shape and form.
