Fall 2013 has been remarkable this year. We have had the opportunity to enjoy some great weather and now we are enjoying the vivid colors of the season. I would like to share with you my friends some exciting news in this edition of my e-newsletter:
- Received six nominations, Still Life, Professional category at the 8th Annual Black & White Spider Awards.
- Accepted to the juried contemporary art fair, 'The Artist Project'

I am pleased to announce that at the 8th Annual Black & White Spider Awards ceremony held October 19, 2013, I was honored with six nominations, the most in the Still Life, Professional category. There were 9,456 entries received from 75 countries and they advised that my work received a high percentage of the overall votes. This is the third time that I have been recognized at this prestigious event.
Black and White Spider Awards is the leading international award honoring excellence in black and white photography. This celebrated event shines a spotlight on the best professional and amateur photographers worldwide and honors the finest images with the highest achievements in black and white photography.
The Awards Jury represents the industry's biggest names and tastemakers, from TATE, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, FRATELLI ALINARI, THE ART NEWSPAPER, CHEIM & READ of New York and more, who reviewed the entries online before making the nomination shortlist and honoring 246 title awards and 938 nominees in 14 categories. The Awards could not have wished for a better group of professionals to work with. Images are judged on the basis of artistic merit, originality, subject and style.
I have been accepted to participate in the juried 'The Artist Project' that takes place in February 2014 at the Better Living Centre, Exhibition Place in Toronto.
The Artist Project celebrates its 7th year with another exciting show featuring original works from over 250 carefully juried, contemporary artists. Artists from a variety of geographic and creative backgrounds will converge and connect with patrons looking to get a glimpse of tomorrow's Art Stars. From seasoned collectors and first time art buyers, to gallerists and interior designers, visitors will find this art fair a rare opportunity to meet and purchase work directly from Canadian and International artists.
Discover all mediums, including installations and video art. Experience special features, Art Chats and docent-led tours. The Artist Project takes place from February 20 to 23, 2014 at the Better Living Centre, Exhibition Place in Toronto.

I will provide you with an order form containing the price, shipping costs, applicable taxes and estimated shipping date as well as a link to PayPal.
With PayPal, you can still use your credit card for payment or sign-up for your own PayPal account. It is your option; in either case, it is a secure method. PayPal provides easy instructions on how to make your payment.
